What if I Do Not Show-up for my PMP Exam?

No-show is as good (or rather as bad) as failing the exam. Unless it's a matter of life and death, you'll have to pay the re-examination fee to take the exam again.

But if it is indeed a "special case", you can write to PMI Customer Care for consideration.
